Jason,

I just spoke with Alex and he confirmed that RockStock 2009 will be going on this year. I wasn't on the phone with him all too long but he did mention it was Memorial Day weekend as it has been in the past? Anyways I have been meaning to ask you but the military has been keeping me busy. Do you know of any locations I can reach to dig for agates/geodes or thunder eggs by car? I took a trip back to my inlaws place back in Vale oregon My wifes grandparents have a HUGE piece of petrified wood on their property and there are several places around the town that appear to have fairly large obsidian deposits. Anyways I plan on Making a trip back there maybe around the first of May to hopefully find some nice pieces if you or anyone else would be interested just shoot me a post and we can make plans.
